Our investment approach is based on value investing with a focus on in-place cash flows rather than on speculative future cash flow forecasts that lead to inflated future values.  Our investment strategy focuses on the acquisition and management of value-add and REO (i.e. bank owned) commercial real estate in the greater New York Tri-state area.
